Kareena Kapoor gave birth to her second child, Jeh Kapoor Khan, on February 21st of this year. Since then, the Bollywood star has been working hard to lose the weight she gained from her pregnancy. The effort paid off: Kareena has just emerged as wonderful as ever in the new campaign for sportswear brand Puma.

To do this, Kareena is sweating profusely and is also taking special care of her diet. She attaches importance to healthy food and likes home cooking. The actress is very fond of dal khichdi or rice dal and includes fresh fruit juices, seasonal fruits, green leafy vegetables, coconut water, walnuts, and makhana in her diet. Apart from this, she drinks a lot of water per day and prefers to have dinner before 8 o’clock.

In an interview, Kareena revealed that she practices Surya Namaskar every morning. During the movie Tashan (2008), she did 108 Surya Namaskars every day to get her size zero figure. Other than this, Kareena Kapoor enjoys walking, functional training, Pilates, kettlebell squats, and boxing for her fitness.
