Bollywood‘s most famous filmmaker Karan Johar has announced his next film. The feature film is called Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani and will have Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt as protagonists. Ishita Moitra, Shashank Khaitan and Sumit Roy are the authors of the script.
The plot is about a love story set against the backdrop of an intense family drama. Karan, who has been away from the sets for 5 years, plans to start filming in September. They should take 5 to 6 months.

Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani will have other stars in the cast. Dharma Productions shared a video in which Ranveer introduces Dharmendra and Jaya Bachchan as interpreters for the elders of their family. But that is not all. Alia also introduced her Rani family, which consists of Shabana Azmi.
